A Women in Leadership Development ministry program

Join us as we grow together as women, leaders, & influential world-changers.

This unique retreat is designed to help women connect personally with the Lord & increase your steadfastness in every season.

You’ll be stretched out of your comfort zone, without sacrificing comfort! Experience God through His creation, collaborate with other women, & be inspired to root, bloom, & flourish right where God has planted you.

We’ll use Jesus as our example & multiple Scripture references as inspiration to transform our hearts & minds. We’ll also use exclusive SUMMIT curriculum to apply practical leadership skills to our areas of influence.

WHO? — Adult Women

WHEN? — May 3-5, 2024

(Friday evening through Sunday morning)

COST? — Registration fee = $325 per person

• ($100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve spots. Financial assistance or payment plan may be available upon request)

• Price includes 2 nights of lodging, 5 meals, snacks, various activities, exclusive training materials, & a swag bag!

• Amenities include rustic cabins along a serene spring-fed stream, beautiful property for outdoor recreation activities.

• We have an amazing volunteer preparing meals for us, so you get to come sit back, relax, & enjoy the weekend!

Note: Beds are dispersed throughout the ranch-style home which means we will share rooms & possibly beds. If you have specific sleeping needs, please let us know prior to the event so we can do our best to accommodate.

• Amenities include a beautiful 2-story ranch house with linens & towels provided, outdoor recreation activities, pool/hot tub, a pond, outdoor seating, screened porches, & privacy fences around the property.

• We have an amazing volunteer preparing meals for us, so you get to come sit back, relax, & enjoy the weekend!

Fall Family Camping Retreat:

Together in God’s Incredible Creation

Join us in Meridian State Park this Fall as we grow together as families & build confidence recreating together in the outdoors.

WHEN? — October 13-15, 2023

(Right at the beginning of Fall colors!)

Friday evening through Sunday morning

COST? — Registration fee = $300 for each family up to 4 + $50/additional family member

• ($100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve spots. Financial assistance or payment plan may be available upon request)

• Price includes 2 nights of camping in screened shelters, 5 meals, snacks, activities, family devo booklet, & a swag bag!

• Limited scholarships may be available — Email claire@summitlead.org for financial assistance.

WHERE? — Meridian State Park

• Address: Park Road #7, Meridian, TX 76665

• Camping in screened shelters — No tents required! Just bring sleeping gear (sleeping bags or bedding + cots, air mattresses, or sleeping pads)

• Amazingly beautiful lake with rocky overlooks

WHAT? — Purposeful quality time with your family in God’s incredible creation

• Activities designed for young families: day hikes, camp games, family devotionals

• SUMMIT provides meals, so you get some quality time together & enjoy the weekend!

Learning objectives:

• Invest in your family & children through both open-ended & planned quality times;

• Engage with God in His creation through intentional quiet times, devotionals, worship, & other spiritual discipline practices;

• Acquire basic outdoor skills including creation appreciation, campfire cooking (weather permitting), Leave No Trace stewardship, & fun recreational activities

• Build authentic community with other families;
